The club meets on a regular twice weekly basis for training.

Winter Schedule : (September to June)
Saturdays Sundays
15:00 - 17:00hrs 9:30 - 11:30hrs
Summer Schedule (July & August)
Wednesdays Fridays
19:30 - 21:30hrs 19:30 - 21:30hrs
Each session begins with a comprehensive 15-minute warm-up and stretching programme.
Coaching and shuttlecocks are provided against a nominal participation fee charged per session;
this fee also includes the use of the showers after each session. A basic racquet can be made
available for the first two / three sessions, if required.
